White Christmas
A rocked-up cover of the Bing Crosby classic is enough to instil fear into the heart of even the most dewy-eyed of Yuletime fans, but fortunately Juno Falls pull it off with surprising gusto.
A rocked-up cover of the Bing Crosby classic is enough to instil fear into the heart of even the most dewy-eyed of Yuletime fans, but fortunately Juno Falls pull it off with surprising gusto. Moving from chilled-out acoustica to majestic, masterly full-blown orchestral rock in one fell swoop, this version of ‘White Christmas’ is nicely understated and log-fire warm. Meanwhile, the endearing B-sides ‘Kiss Me’ and ‘This Song Is Your Own’ indicate that 2005 could well be the band’s year.
