WATCH: New Bon Iver video

Directed by singer Justin Vernon and featuring the band's Mike Noyce wandering through an enchanted forest, the promo for Bon Iver's 'Beth/Rest' has just been released. Here's Vernon's interpretation of what's going on below (and, as the director, he should really know):

"It's kind of about two people who are truly meant for each other and what happens to their essence. How they connect is some other thing that we don't know how to really talk about."

'Beth/Rest' is the final song on Bon Iver's self-titled second album, which looks likely to be their last for some time after Vernon's recent talk of "winding down".
