WATCH: LIVE COLLABORATION BETWEEN JON HOPKINS AND NILS FRAHM

What for many was a match made in heaven, the soft piano driven electronic music of Nils Frahm together with the entrancing raucousness of Jon Hopkin's synths has been consumated by the musical union of the two last year in Berlin.

The video of the pair improvising in what Hopkins describes as "improvising something together with nothing planned apart from a starting note."

Hopefully it hints at a future collaborative studio album in the near future.
