Track of the Day: Jess Leen's 'Compliments'

Jess Leen is a songwriter who was originally from Cork and is now living in London.

Her debut single 'Boys' was released in February 2019 and was produced by Ryan O' Shaughnessy.

For her second single, Jess recorded & produced at Wavefield Studio, Clonakilty, where she worked with Brian Casey.

Jess' latest single is a downtempo RnB/pop ballad which documents the tensions of a near-relationship. It's also an uplifting ode to confidence and vulnerability.

Jess Leen has supported dozens of prominent Irish acts including Hermitage Green, Mark Geary, Tiz McNamara & Emma Langford in the past. She also opened for Lewis Capaldi at his surprise gig at The Bleeding Horse in Dublin in February of this year.
