Tour De France

The ambient and electro crowd worship at the altar of these legendary Teutonic trance practitioners but few will admit that Kraftwerk haven’t bettered their 1974 breakthrough, ‘Autobahn’. Released to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the Tour de France this is a new version of the 1983, er, classic and taken from their first album since 1986. No doubt this news will be greeted as the second coming by the above mentioned aficionados. It leaves me cold but then so does bicycle racing.
