TOMORA announce new EP Celebration

Electronic duo TOMORA have announced a new five-track EP, Celebration, out October 16.

They also shared the title track, which follows their debut album Come Closer released in February of this year.

TOMORA consist of Norwegian art-pop artist AURORA and The Chemical Brothers' Tom Rowland.

Another version of the title track will feature on the EP, as well as the previously-released 10-minute version of 'In A Minute' - an expanded take on the original track from the debut album.

"Celebration is a privilege," TOMORA said. "Celebration is a person. Celebration is a funeral and celebration is a ritual. It's human nature. And it's a human need. We should all be celebrated, as real human beings."

Meanwhile, TOMORA have a National Stadium show lined up for October 24 as part of their autumn UK and European tour, which also includes stops in Glasgow, London, Den Haag and Berlin.

The duo first collaborated on The Chemical Brothers' 2019 album No Geography, where AURORA featured on three tracks. Rowland later contributed to AURORA's 2024 What Happened to the Heart?. They debuted their first single, 'Ring the Alarm' live at this year's Coachella.

In May, TOMORA performed a show at The Button Factory, kicking off the Heineken® GREENLIGHT concert series.

"The temperature rises with every track, as the duo jump from heart-spinning delicacies to hard-hitting rave tracks, the whole room seemingly dancing in unison," wrote Hot Press of the gig.

"They may be used to venues three times the size, but AURORA and Rowlands are visibly delighted with the intimate setting, the Norwegian singer expressing the sense of wonder she feels that she can catch a glimpse of every person dancing in front of her."
