The Irish husband-and-wife duo comprising KJ McEvoy and Aileen Mythen will release a new single later this month and have just announced that they will also kick-off a nationwide tour shortly to promote their forthcoming album.
The single ‘Come On’ was composed by the Americana/roots duo and it’s the first release from their forthcoming album 'Lovers, Legends and Lost Causes'.
‘Come On’s release in June will coincide with the posting of a new video by Russian director Andrey Sorokin and a live date at Fusion in Wexford as part of The Remedy Club’s Summer tour.

‘Come On’ has been described by music industry insiders as “a fiery country ballad, with chiming guitars from KJ, and Aileen’s passionate vocals soaring over a sumptuous country-roots backing”. It was specially mixed and mastered by 5 time Grammy award winning music producer & engineer Ray Kennedy (Steve Earle, Lucinda Williams & Willie Nelson) at the Room & Board Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, and will be released on the duo’s own High Flying Disc Records. ‘Come On’ was produced by The Remedy Club.
'Lovers, Legends and Lost Causes' will be the third album by the duo, but the first as The Remedy Club: the first two having been released under the name B and the Honeyboy.
