Sonically, 'Tranquility Base Hotel' is so far from the Northern bands' humble beginnings of 'Whatever People Say I Am...', you'd swear it couldn't by the same group. Vocally and musically, Alex Turner and company have created a slow moving, haunting and enchanting collection.
