The Gentle Art Of Choking
I’ve heard a little of these guys and I confess I’m quite smitten. Melodic-but-ballsy vocals complemented by thrashy guitars, dominate opener ‘Moodswings’, aided by some cutesy backing vocals. A bit like Bob Mould’s Sugar, remember? The title track, oddly placed second, sounds like something Ash might come up with and co-incidentally My Vitriol also have one rather beautiful female guitarist. Weird or what?
