The Charley Boorman Show live at Vicar St.
The actor, adventurer and travel writer is taking a break from trekking around the world to tour his new live show, coming to Dublin on March 28.
Tickets are €23 and are on sale Friday 20 November at 9am through Ticketmaster and other usual outlets nationwide.
Following the phenomenal success of his last biking adventure from Sydney to Tokyo, as well as the hugely popular 'Long Way Round', 'Long Way Down', 'Race To Dakar' and 'By Any Means…' journeys, Charley Boorman will be touring the UK and Ireland with a brand new live show. Dublin's Vicar St. show will be an evening of chat and hilarious anecdotes from his worldwide escapades. It will be accompanied by some never-before-seen video footage from his trips - on a mammoth screen.
The ‘Charley Boorman Live’ Show will be jam-packed with anecdotes on how he put his endurance to the test for some truly awe-inspiring experiences. His special guest on the show will be Simon Pavey, the famous Dakar Rally veteran who will tell the inside story on working with Charley on 'Race to Dakar' – the highs and the lows.
The TV series Charley Boorman: From Sydney to Tokyo By Any Means is currently showing on BBC 2 at 9pm. His DVD, Charley Boorman: From Sydney to Tokyo By Any Means, is out now.
