Thank You

The Diver sisters haven’t had the best of luck of late. Dropped by a major they’ve recently started releasing on producer Mike Hedges 3kHz label. The good news is that ‘Thank You’ is a perfect slice of power-pop, though you’d wonder if they were tempted to change the title in the wake of their departure. ‘Listen And Learn’ is slightly rockier outing, featuring some sublime harmonies, while ‘Not My Problem’ suffers from being a bit ‘start-stoppy’ but it’s got a great chorus. I’d like to hear something a little more stripped down from these girls, but this’ll do for now.
