Robin Proper-Sheppard's new band, Sophia, have announced a one-off gig in Dublin

Ex-God Machine man Robin Proper-Sheppard – isn't that the coolest name? – brings his new band Sophia to Dublin on April 2 for a one-night stand in Whelan's.

The show follows on from the Valentine's Day release of People Like Seasons, his third album which is equal parts Neil Young and Sparklehorse.
