The Sawdoctors release a best of, Play It Again Sham, and celebrate with a seven date tour
The Sawdoctors celebrate the release of their Play It Again Sham Best Of… – 10 out of 10 for the title! – with visits to the Liquid Rooms, Edinburgh (April 11); Guildhall, Preston (12); Barbican, York (13); Victoria Halls, Stoke (14); Parr Hall, Warrington (17); Pavilion, Plymouth (18); and Gosport & Fareham (19).
Meanwhile, ex-Waterboy man Anto Thistlethwaite has officially been unveiled as the band's new bassist. He replaces long term rhythm man and singer Pearse Doherty who's gone into retirement.
