Search Results and Shark School to perform in Limerick this February
The two Irish bands join a series of acts performing over the first weekend of February.
Seoda Shows, in partnership with All We Have Are Days, have announced a joint show with Search Results and Shark School on February 2.
The two bands will perform at the Kasbah Social Club. The event is ticketed, but they are free of charge.
Based in Dublin, Search Results are known for their punk, garage rock and folk-inspired sound. After moving to Dublin in 2019, guitarist Fionn Brennan, drummer Jack Condon and bassist Adam Hoban formed the three-piece rock band. The group shares vocal responsibilities, and take inspiration from Parquet Courts and The Velvet Underground.
Shark School, based in Galway City, are a female-fronted garage rock band. With Nora Staunton on guitar and vocals, Peggy Ford on bass, Meg Bruce on percussion and Cathal Curran on drums, the band have earned acclaim for opening for NewDad, The Love Buzz and Elaine Malone.
The joint show comes with a series of performances over the weekend at Kabash Social Club. This includes Ruth Negga, dream hampton, Lisa Hannigan, Quantic, Paul Noonan, Gemma Hayes, Anna B. Savage, Denise Chaila, Niamh Regan, Donal Dineen and Brian Cross (B+). More acts are expected to be announced.
