Last Apollo, Rua Rí and more announced for Borderline Festival lineup
Tickets go on sale November 12 at 10 am.
The first list of Irish and international artists have been announced for Borderline Festival 2027, including Last Apollo, Rua Rí, PISS, Hotwax and more.
The festival is set to return for a fourth year, in association with Dublin City Council, on February 18, 19 and 20, 2027.
Organisers have also announced the addition of a third venue and fourth stage, The New Theatre, to the Borderline Festival Trail - with The Workman's Club and The Project Arts Centre also hosting acts.
"When we started Borderline Festival four years ago, we did it with the aim of platforming emerging Irish and international artists in local venues, to receptive audiences," said Simon Merriman, founder of the festival.
"That hasn't changed one bit. We're now four years in, and the line up has gone from 16 acts to over 50. We've added a new venue again this year to our festival trail - The New Theatre, meaning we’ll have over 50 acts play across three days, four stages and three venues all within walking distance of each other."
In the past, the festival has hosted the likes of Lambrini Girls, Bleech 9:3, Wu Lyf, Westside Cowboy, Theatre, Cardinals, Fat Dog and more.
Other acts set to perform this year include Big Wett, Tony Montana, Silverwingkiller, Cowboy Hunters, Existing Conditions, Half Star, Picture Parlour and more. Additional acts will be announced in the coming months.
February 18 will be a free-entry night focused on Irish acts, while one-day tickets are available for February 19 and 20, as well as a two-day ticket.
Tickets give access to all rooms at The Workman's Club, Project Arts Centre and The New Theatre, based on capacity.
Tickets go on sale November 12 at 10 am here.
