Robert Cullen nets Emmy Nomination
Irish animator Robert Cullen of Boulder Media has been nominated for an Emmy.
Cullen was named as a nominee in the category for Outstanding Animated Program (for Programming One Hour or More) in an announcement recently made by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles. The results of the 59th Prime Time Award will be announced on the 9th of September.
The co-founder of Boulder Media - along with Alan Quigley - secured the nomination due to his work on the Cartoon Network series Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. Disney and Nickelodeon have also come calling to the company, and the announcement will serve as a confidence-booster in advance of the presentation of Cullen's first original show, Carter And Son, at the October TV market in Cannes.
All at Hot Press Towers would like to wish the animator the heartiest of congratulations and the best of luck on the night!
