Punk festival takes place in Offaly

The punk masses will be heading to Rahan in County Offaly on September 19 for Septemberfest, a celebration of all things loud and pogoable.
Kicking off at 5pm in The Thatch bar, the line-up includes veteran British acts Oi Polloi and The Partisans, Dubliners Razortown and Ructions and The Freebooters who’ve managed to accumulate members from Limerick, Wexford, Drogheda and Kildare.
Located on the banks of the Royal Canal, there’s a beer garden and adjoining field where you can camp.
Tickets are €20 or €15 for the unwaged.
