Nina Hynes kicks off tour in style

The show was the first in a series of theatre concerts across Ireland over the next few months to finance the simultaneous recording of two out of three albums already written and waiting to be put down onto disc.
Following the theme of the tour, she and her band, The Husbands, wore all-white and were adorned with ray guns and light sabres. The 90 minute set included songs from her 2002 album Staros as well as showcasing new tracks, including a track about - and dedicated to - Jesus.
Her mother would be proud...
