New album and live dates for Eleanor McEvoy
Eleanor McEvoy returns to the fray with the March 15 release of Early Hours.
Along with nine McEvoy originals, the opus includes covers of Chuck Berry's 'Memphis Tennessee', Bert Jansch's 'Where Did My Life Go' and a song introduced to her by Marie Breatnach, 'Anach Cuain'.
To coincide, Eleanor and Brian Connor join forces for shows in the King's Head, London (March 12); Blackheath Halls, London (13); The Duck Inn, Salisbury (14); The Greys, Brighton (15); The Half Moon, London (17); Queens Head Hotel, Rothbury (18); Rockingham Arms, Wentworth (19); Town Hall, Selby (20); Fibbers, York (21); The Maze, Nottingham (22); Midland Arts Centre, Birmingham (24); Fishpond, Matlock Bath (25); Birnam Institute, Dunkeld (26); The Salmon Inn, Galashiels (27); and Phipps Hall, Beauly (28).
