My Bloody Valentine, KNEECAP and more announced for Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026
Irish acts My Bloody Valentine, Kneecap, Florence Road, and NewDad, among others, were just announced on the Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 lineup.
Primavera Sound Barcelona has announced the full lineup for its 2026 edition, taking place from June 4 to 6.
Among the 150 acts confirmed are two major Irish names: shoegaze legends My Bloody Valentine, and hip-hop trio Kneecap.
Up and coming Irish artists Florence Road and NewDad will also be performing.
This marks My Bloody Valentine’s return to the festival after their last performance in 2013. The band, who haven't played shows since 2018, recently announced gigs in Ireland, the UK, and Japan. They are set to play in the 3Arena on November 22.
Also returning are Kneecap, who performed at Primavera in 2025 and now rejoin the lineup after a year that saw them growing international attention following their Coachella and Glastonbury sets.
They join a diverse lineup led by The Cure, returning with material from their 2024 album Songs of a Lost World, and Gorillaz, who are set to release their new album The Mountain on March 20, 2026.
The xx will make a long-awaited comeback, performing live for the first time in nearly a decade. Other notable names include Doja Cat, Massive Attack, Father John Misty, Mac DeMarco and pop newcomer Addison Rae.
