Burlesque star Bella A Go Go is the mastermind behind one of October’s most unique club nights, celebrating Mexican Day of the Dead in the Sugar Club on October 16.
This exciting event is based on a Mexican tradition of celebrating and honoring the dead by decorating graves, bringing special food and making altars of loved ones in the home. This celebration is being given a cabaret makeover this October, and the night will include performances from Lord of the Dance star Damien Doherty, Apollonia Bellydance Troupe, burlesque performer Azaria Starfire, Tom Riddle, Angelvs Briste, Santina, and Divine Mortals band members Mark Bolton and Abel Benito.
The night promises to be truly special event that will mix comedy, cabaret, burlesque, live music and prizes, with a Mexican vibe of course! There will be complimentary food from Burritos & Blues on the night, a Mexican market with hand made tassels, hats, jewellery and cushions, make-up artists and spot prizes including two tickets to the Dublin Tattoo Convention!
Doors are at 8pm and the show begins at 9. Tickets are €15 and available on the door.
Come dressed to impress!
