Lydia Lunch plays in Dublin
New York “no wave” legend Lydia Lunch pays an ultra-rare visit to Dublin for a show in the Voodoo Lounge.
Having fronted the fabulously named Teenage Jesus & The Jerks, Lunch went solo in 1980 and has subsequently collaborated with everyone from Einsturzende Neubaten and The Birthday Party to Sonic Youth and Jim Foetus.
Tickets for the gig on October 2 are priced €16.50 are on sale now from Road, Freebird, Sound Cellar, Talk & Surf and City Discs.
