Lose my Breath

Lo and behold, the much-mooted Destiny’s Child reunion has finally materialised, but as we all know, this simply means that Beyonce has bagged herself two cute backing singers again. Gone is the band’s squeaky-clean gospel acapella vibe – ‘Lose My Breath’ is a hot-wired, sexed-up track that pants and writhes like a high-octane version of Christina Aguilera’s ‘Dirrrty’. It may give good booty, but whether it has the legs to take pride of place in the annals of pop anthems is another question entirely.
