Adored Sheffield songsmith Richard Hawley returns with his first new album in three years – and eight solo LP overall – on September 11. Ahead of that, you can get a feel for Hollow Meadows, recorded in Sheffield's Yellow Arch Studio earlier this year, by giving the sampler below a digital spin.
You can then hear Hawley give his new songs a live airing, alongside old favourites, when he plays Vicar Street on October 30.
