Adebisi Shank release special Christmas mixtape

Irish trio Adebisi Shank have released a special Christmas mixtape titled This is the Christmas Album of a band called Adebisi Shank.

The mixtape features 9 tracks and features vocals from Maykay on 'Christmas Time Is Here'. It also includes old favourites such as 'Wonderful Christmastime' and 'Holidays are coming'.

The band announced the album on a post on their Instagram. "We have a gift for you," they wrote. "A mixtape with songs old and new. "We hope it brightens your Christmas."

Adebisi Shank released their first EP in 2007 and went on to release three more albums before they officially announced their split in 2014. Ten years later, in 2024, the band announced that they would be reuniting.

Back in July, Adebisi Shank announced they would be raffling off their original artwork from the band's second EP, This is the Second EP of a band called Adebisi Shank, and two recent singles, 'Start A Band' and 'Orange Splash', were included in the raffle.

All proceeds were donated to Irish Artists For Palestine, which raises funds for medical and humanitarian aid in Gaza and supports art in Palestine.
