Lifelines

Due mainly to the velvet voice of Morten Harket, this is rather better than you’d expect from the erstwhile ’80s heartthrobs, but it’s still a bit too middle of the road to really raise Aha in the credibility stakes. However the single includes a lovely live version of ‘Hunting High and Low,’ one of those perennially uncool songs that I’ve always really loved. Oh, fuck the credibility stakes.
