Join the Hot Press Drugs Debate at 4.30pm on Sunday at Electric Picnic
Doctors and campaigners will be joining us for the Sex & Drugs & Harm Reduction: Sensible Drug Policy In Ireland panel.
Medically supervised injecting rooms, fentanyl and Ireland’s other new opioid arrivals, chemsex drugs, decriminalisation, the role of the Gardai, NIMBYism and pill testing at public events will all be on the agenda on Sunday as the Hot Press Chat Room @Electric Picnic plays host to the Sex & Drugs & Harm Reduction: Sensible Drug Policy In Ireland panel discussion.
Joining our man Stuart Clark in the MindField area from 4.30pm are Ana Liffey Drug Project CEO, Tony Duffin; outgoing USI President and drug campaigner Annie Hooey, and addiction specialists Dr. Garrett McGovern and Dr. Cathal O Suilleabhain.
We’ll be taking questions from the floor and generally teasing out the key issues, with sparks guaranteed to fly. See you there!
