Irish Festival Awards announced

The Electric Picnic, Oxegen, Kings Of Leon and Lovebox are among the big winners in the Irish Festival Awards 2008, which have been compiled from over 11,000 online votes cast in December and January.

The Awards are the brainchild of CherryCool Promotions who run the Castlepalooza festival at Charleville Castle, and in have excluded themselves from the voting process.
