Indian act seek Irish support

During last week’s Jack Daniel’s Legendary Mash in Lynchburg – see the report in our next issue – Hot Press got to hang out with Indian band Menwhopause who are keen to bring Irish acts to Delhi.
“We can’t cover the cost of flights, but we can arrange three or four decent paying gigs and accommodation,” says lead singer Sarab. “There’s this really vibrant urban culture in place and people just want some great music. It doesn’t matter if it’s straight ahead rock ‘n’ roll or metal or alternative or techno or fusion.
