Ice Cube plays Dublin

Old skool rap fans are in for a treat on April 19 when Ice Cube plays the Dublin Tripod. Tickets are €42.50 and €48.50.
His first gig here in 15 years, the 60-minute show will draw on every phase of his career, with N.W.A. classics rubbing shoulders with material from his solo albums including last year’s Raw Footage, which has been hailed as his best since Amerikkka’s Most Wanted.
Featuring guest appearances by the likes of Musiq Soul Child, Nas, Scarface and Dub C, it proves that dodgy film resume or not, he’s still a gangsta at heart.
