She’s a pretty weird lass is Tanita. Having survived such labels as the female Leonard Cohen and the dubious accolade of being dubbed mistress of bed-sit suicide melodies, ‘I Might Be Crying’ is certainly quite individual and different enough to catch your attention. It’s a defiantly uncommercial single too but that’s not always a carte-blanche recommendation. Less a single than an album fragment.
