Niall Quinn has confirmed to Hot Press that there will be an official reunion of The Hitchers in February 2010.

The celebrations will include a new single and some gigs. Dates are already lined-up for Dundalk, Galway and Limerick, with more to be added.

The Hitchers released two classic albums It's All Fun & Games Til Someone Loses An Eye (1997) and For The Want of Some Better TV (1999).
