From classics like West Side Story and Saturday Night Fever, through magnificent original compositions by Nino Rola for The Godfather, and brilliantly conceived collections of the kind Quentin Tarantino pioneered on Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction, to Irish hits like The Commitments and Once, there is a wealth of wonderful material to choose from.
