Go on: Give a band a break

The Electric Mouse in Kiltimagh, Co Mayo once again plays host to Give A Band A Break.
Since December 06 the showcase night, which takes place on the first Friday of every month, plays host to bands that cover all styles - and gig-goers have the benefit of free entry.
On Friday March 2, Cloonfad's Eskimo Snow will be playing their own material as well as giving a makeover to songs from Britney Spears to Metallica. They'll share a stage with Silver Circus, winners of the Claremorris 'Bands on the Run' competition.
The live entertainment starts at 10.30pm and there's a late bar to boot.
