Gary Moore's son Jack to mark father's 15th anniversary with Irish tour alongside Quentin Kovalsky
The tour will include dates in Dublin, Derry, Belfast and Westport.
Jack Moore, son of Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore, has announced his first Irish tour for February, where he will perform his father’s music to mark the 15th anniversary of his passing.
Accompanied by Polish musician Quentin Kovalsky, the tour will include dates in Dublin’s The Sound House on February 3, Derry’s Sandino’s Bar on February 4, Belfast's The Deer’s Head on February 5, and Westport’s the Jester Bar on February 6.
Moore and Kovalsky are also set to perform tracks from the new album Electric Neverland, which came out in October.

Part of the proceeds from the tour will go towards supporting the campaign for a statue of Gary Moore in Belfast.
Speaking of the upcoming tour, Jack said: "It will be special to be back in my spiritual home of Ireland on my father's 15th anniversary, performing his music and my own to an Irish audience. I spent a lot of time in Ireland in my youth; it was a place that my dad was very proud of.”
Legendary rock and blues guitarist Gary Moore and was best known for his work on the iconic Thin Lizzy 1979 album Black Rose. He passed away in 2011 at age 58 following a heart attack in his sleep.
