Fantasy

The Appleton sisters were partly responsible for two of the greatest pop records of recent years with All Saints. However, it was Shazney Lewis who wrote the songs, while the sisters were hanging out down the Met Bar and bagging their celebrity rebel husbands.

Hence ‘Fantasy’, a single that has all the requisite elements on the surface but ultimately lacks the substance of a ‘Never Ever’ or ‘Pure Shores’. They’ll need to get working on some serious tabloid column inches to make this one fly.
