Already set to play Whelan's on May 14, the band have now added an extra charity show in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin.

Fairport Convention are close to playing a gig a day in May, with 29 dates already planned across the UK and Ireland.

They stop off in Whelan's on May 14, and have just announced a May 13 date at the Stillorgan Park Hotel.

The gig is in aid of suicide prevention charity Pieta House, with tickets priced €50 on sale now. Call the Stillorgan Park Hotel on (01) 200 1800 for booking info.
