Escape Act Announce Album Details

Brilliant Belfast four-piece Escape Act release their new album Balance on July 5, the follow-up to the highly acclaimed Loosely Based On Fiction a record Hot Press described as "indie rock in excelsis".

According to the band Balance presents us with a new confidence in creative expression, a rich texture of piano, string and brass arrangements and the shear depth and beauty wrought out of 14 sessions, over 200 hours recording time, and a full complement of supporting musicians.

Lead singer Chris Heaney said that "fans of Escape Act will be pleased to find a wealth of alternative pop gems but with a significant twist."
