The results of the online voting were announced last night in Dublin.
Michelle Doherty was the Mistress of Ceremonies last night as the Irish Festival Awards 2009 were doled out in Dublin’s Sugar Club.
It was a particularly good evening for the Electric Picnic and Glasgowbury who were both multiple-winners.
The brainchild of Castlepalooza promoters Cherrycool – who excluded themselves from the online voting – the event featured a live performance by Dark Room Notes and a DJ set from Big Dish Go’s Gavin Feeney.
