Earl Sweatshirt announces headline Dublin show
General tickets on sale this week
Earl Sweatshirt is set to make his comeback to Dublin next year. The LA rapper and producer will bring his 3L world tour (named after his most recent album Live Laugh Love) to The Academy on February 15, 2026.
The gig will mark his second time playing the The Academy, with his last time being just over a decade ago on March 2014.
Following on from the release of his short film Nobody, Nowhere, which payed homage to his late father, he took to the Forbidden Fruit stage at Royal Hospital Kilmainham in 2019.

In 2024, Earl celebrated 10 years since the release of his debut album Doris, a record that marked the arrival of a singular voice in hip-hop. With the album I Don’t Like Shit, I Don’t Go Outside (2015), he turned inward to reclaim himself.
His new project, Live Laugh Love, explores the chaos of existence. LLL was initially layered in satire and social commentary. LLL charts Earl’s path to growth “I named it before I wrote it,” he says. “And then everything started clicking.”
General tickets will go on sale this Friday September 5. Presale tickets are also available now.
This is an 18+ only event.
Tickets start at €45.20 and you can find them here
MCD presale access can be purchased here
