Death Cab For Cutie ready new album
A spring release for the Washington band's eighth.
Following swiftly on the heels of Sufjan Stevens' new album announcement, similarly lauded US indies Death Cab For Cutie lay out their plans for 2015.
Almost four years after the release of Codes And Keys, their eighth album Kintsugi will arrive on March 27. Same day as Sufjan. We can't promise there will be a whole lot done in HP Towers that particular Friday.
It is the band's first record without founding member Chris Walla and was recorded with Rich Costey (Franz Ferdinand, Interpol) in LA.
Here's the tracklisting:
1. 'No Room In Frame'
2. 'Black Sun'
3. 'The Ghosts Of Beverly Drive'
4. 'Little Wanderer'
5. 'You've Haunted Me All My Life'
6. 'Hold No Guns'
7. Everything's A Ceiling'
8. 'Good Help (Is So Hard To Find)'
9. 'El Dorado'
10. 'Ingenue'
11. 'Binary Sea'
