Deady and Dunnes support flood victims
Irish singer-songwriter Christine Deady has released a single called ‘Peace’ with 100% donations going to the Irish Red Cross and its Flood Relief Appeal.
In what is a considerable coup, a distribution deal has been put in place with Dunnes Stores, thus ensuring that the single will have nationwide availability.
The ‘Peace’ single is also setting another milestone in that it’s the first time the Red Cross have released a single for charity in Ireland.
Deady, a former Hot Press First Cuts Pick of The Fortnight, is currently working on her debut album due for release next year.
