Dance to Tipperary to hit Tralee
The band's live performances will be filmed for DVD
Dance To Tipperary unveil their new show on August 25 at the Rose Of Tralee. The band play again the following night after the Rose presentation – a gala affair which is being filmed for future broadcast and DVD release.
Formed in 1999, the group have notched up no fewer than 12 top 30 singles, two hit albums and a string of high profile appearances. These include playing at Celtic during their treble winning season – their versions of 'Fields Of Athenry' and 'The Bhoys Are Back In Town' were huge in green-and-white areas of Glasgow.
"It's been a long hard road with ultra highs and lows along the way," say the band, "and what better way to start our tour than come to the Rose Of Tralee? The new show is a collection of old and new. It's a unique experience."
Expect to hear a hefty dollop of material from Life Goes On, their third album which includes current single 'Don't Know What You've Got ('Til It's Gone)'.
