Dan Deacon hits Dublin
He's also readying a new album. Expect squirrel voices, apparently!
Dan Deacon & Ensemble are Dublin-bound on June 3 for a show in Andrew’s Lane Theatre, which requires €20 and visit to www.tickets.ie to get into.
Ahead of that comes the March 21 release of the Baltimore electro boffin’s Bromst album, which according to those in the know will sound like "Bitches Brew Miles Davis plus spazziness and minus any sort of funk. And squirrel voices. Lots of squirrel voices."
Tracks on the opus – pictured here – include ‘Build Voice’, ‘Red F’, ‘Padding Ghost’, ‘Snookered’, ‘Of The Mountains’, ‘Surprise Stefani’, ‘Wet Wings’, ‘Woof Woof’, ‘Slow With Horns/Run For Your Life’, ‘Baltihorse’ and ‘Get Older’, which is streaming as we speak at myspace.com/dandeacon
