Cork's Savoy Theatre loses its licence
The future of one of Cork's most popular music venues looks ominous
NEWSFLASH! The Savoy Theatre in Cork has lost its licence but says it will appeal the decision next week. "Saturday's Peter Green & Splinter Group show has been moved to the Opera House, but everything else scheduled for the Savoy has been suspended," a spokesperson tells Hot Press. "Other than that we can't comment until the appeal's been heard."
