Carl Barat confirms Dublin headliner

While Libertines fans wait for news of a full-scale reunion tour, Carl Barat gives his self-titled solo album a live airing on November 15 in the intimate confines of the Dublin Academy 2. Tickets priced €20 go on sale on Wednesday September 29. Standouts include ‘The Fall’, a co-write with Neil Hannon that wouldn't have sounded out of place on the latter's Fin de Siecle collection.
Ahead of that comes the publication this weekend of his Threepenny Memoir, which promises to tell all about his complex relationships with Pete Doherty and the rest of The Libertines.
