Brooklyn set for November release
Saoirse Ronan stars in adaptation of Colm Toibin’s novel
The release of the adaptation of Colm Toibin’s novel Brooklyn has been set for November 6. The film stars Saoirse Ronan as a young Irish girl who emigrates to the US in the 1950s and was partly shot in Wexford.
She comes back to Ireland and must make a decision to stay there with one man or go back to another she met in New York. The film also stars Domhnall Gleeson who has been receiving acclaim lately for his role in the sci-fi drama, Ex Machina.
