After three visits in 2007, California's Black Rebel Motorcycle Club will be playing Ireland again in May.

The retro-rock trio will be in The Academy on May 14 to deliver another blistering set of tracks from their latest album Baby 81, as well as older favourites.

Tickets go on sale Wednesday (February 27), priced €30.
