Bohemian FC and KNEECAP team up for new jersey fundraising for ACLAÍ Palestine
KNEECAP manager and Bohs COO Daniel Lambert and ACLAÍ Palestine founder Ainle Ó Cairealláin both spoke about the collaboration in the latest issue of Hot Press.
Bohemian FC have partnered with KNEECAP to release a new limited edition jersey to raise funds for ACLAÍ Palestine.
The one-off jersey is patterned with a Kufiyah design with Irish and Palestinian flag details, with the logo of ACLAÍ — a community gym in the West Bank — on the back.
Ainle Ó Cairealláin, founder and director of ACLAÍ Palestine, spoke about the collaboration in the Hot Press 2026 Annual. He explained 30% of profits would be "going towards getting a music academy open in the Aida refugee camp, as part of the Lajee Centre."
"That’s just another extension of the way that we’re working," said Ó Cairealláin, adding, "Again, it’s about building bridges, making connections, and defying the isolation that the occupation want to push Palestine into."
In the Christmas issue of Hot Press, KNEECAP manager Daniel Lambert (who is also COO of Bohemian FC) revealed the music academy will include a studio, as well as a space for Palestinian artists to perform.
"Whether it’s supports, syncs, samples or hooking them up with artists here, we’ll try to platform their music and make things happen for them," Lambert said.
The Hot Press 2026 Annual (featuring Ainle Ó Cairealláin) and Christmas Issue (featuring Daniel Lambert) are both available for purchase now in the Hot Press shop.
In a statement from Bohemians FC, Lambert said the new jersey "shows the power of sports and music when combined."
KNEECAP's Naoise Ó Cairealláin, aka Móglaí Bap, praised Bohemians FC for "continuing to stand strong and unyielding against oppression and in solidarity with the Palestinian people" in a statement today.
"Being a small part of this club with signage at Dalymount Park and attending some games has been an honour for us in KNEECAP," Ó Cairealláin said.
"We will always stand with them and to do so whilst helping to create a space where Palestinian artists can hopefully flourish is special. We want to help spread the music created at the new studio space as much as we can and platform these artists."
The jersey will be available for purchase first at Dalymount Park on December 16 and 17 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with any remaining shirts to go on sale online on December 18.
The first 100 sales on each day will also receive a free KNEECAP pin badge, and other limited edition KNEECAP items are set to be on sale over the two days.
There will also be live DJs during the merch sales, featuring sets by Kojaque, Conor Curley and Tom Coll from Fontaines DC, Heavenly DJs, Gurriers DJs, Claire Beck, Nialler9, Mango and Dalba.

Bohemian FC posted a video to accompany the launch, set to KNEECAP tracks '3CAG' feat. Radie Peat and 'No Comment' feat. Sub Focus.
The video featured various footage of KNEECAP gigs, the Lajee Centre in the the Aida refugee camp and the Bohemian FC vs. Palestine friendly match held in Dublin last year.
ACLAÍ Palestine was one of the three humanitarian partners for which Bohemian FC fundraised at the solidarity match.
