Bat For Lashes announces new album
Natasha Khan's new LP arrives in July
Bat For Lashes has announced her new album The Bride will drop in July.
The LP, slated to land July 1, is based on the story of a woman whose fiancé is killed on the way to their wedding. It was inspired by I Do, a film Khan herself wrote and directed, which premieres at the Tribeca Film Festival next month.
A trio of dates - unfortunately all in the UK - have also been announced, at which attendees are asked to don full formal attire to see the new record performed in full - which sounds like mighty craic until half a pint splashes down your tux.
One of the album's cuts, 'In God's House', has already been unveiled; give it a digital spin below.
